Erica Jacobs

Erica Jacobs writes a weekly education column for the Examiner newspaper and has taught at GMU part-time for 33 years. Before she retired in 2008, she also taught in Fairfax County public schools for 23 years. She has a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Barnard College, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University.Email:
