Term Assistant Professor
Mary L. De Nys earned her Ph.D. from George Washington University. She teaches general education courses in the English department, most frequently Advanced Composition (all areas), Reading Texts, and Western Literary Masterworks I. She has been active in developing courses in interdisciplinary learning communities for freshmen and sophomores, most recently through the Mason Topics program. She is currently expanding online applications for her courses, including distance learning sections.Email:
