This course will focus on building intercultural competence through enhancement of knowledge, skills, and confidence in intercultural communication. Both etic and emic approaches to learning about cultural dimensions that undergird all cultures, and culture-specific aspects will be discussed to encourage meta-communication about intercultural communication.
