The George Mason English Department is proud to announce that its new phd in Writing and Rhetoric has been approved by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia. The program begins in Fall 2013.

Kathleen's presentation, “Framing Frames: Reconstructing Lost Truth in Fun Home," focuses on the role of family photographs in Alison Bechdel’s 2006 graphic novel.
