Section Information for Spring 2019
This a hybrid workshop/literature course in which we will focus on the European and American prose poem, a genre with an oxymoron for a name, reading a variety of model poems and attempting a number of prompts and exercises based upon those models. About half our time will be spent reading and discussing model poems and the other half of the time focusing on our own compositions.
