Faculty member Jessica Matthews has won the first annual Distance Education Faculty Award. This award recognizes faculty and support employees whose efforts exemplify the interactivity, course design, technology and assessment qualifications of the Distance Education program. Dr Matthews will be honored at the university-wide recognition ceremony on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 9 a.m. in the Johnson Center Dewberry Hall. All are invited to attend and show support.
Dr. Matthews is the Assistant Director of the Composition Program and teaches both literature and introductory advanced composition. Please join us in congratulating her on her well-deserved recognition.
