The Alan Cheuse International Writers Center launched this past month with an event at Politics and Prose. Former students of the late Alan Cheuse read from a wide array of selections of his work, and the Center's founding director, Matthew Davis, explained the Center's mission and future plans.
The Cheuse Center is a cultural diplomatic organization affiliated with George Mason's English Department and Creative Writing Program. It celebrates the art of creative writing as a means of international dialogue, education and understanding.
