Information Technology
You're already a strong writer and a creative thinker, and good at thinking about how to understand and reach audiences. Maybe you've even taken some of the digital writing and rhetoric courses taught in the English department. A minor in information technology will give you some of the basic coding skills that will extend your skills to handle some of the "back end" aspects of web development as well as front-end presentation. And you'll be more ready to build a career in any information technology industry, which needs people who speak their language, but can translate it effectively for others. And you'll get to take your quantitative thinking skills out for a spin.
