Provides intensive practice in drafting, revising, and editing essays in common academic genres such as description, exposition, and analysis, with additional language support for building English fluency. Addresses logical, rhetorical, and linguistic structures of expository prose. This course is the first of a two-part course for students in the Undergraduate International Pathway Program. Offered by English. Limited to three attempts.

Recommended Prerequisite: Admission to the Undergraduate International Pathway Program for international students.
