Emily Merrick is a GTA in the Linguistics concentration. She received her B.A. in English from George Mason, and currently works as a tutor of English. She has been studying the Japanese language for five years, and received the Bridging Scholarship from the American Association of Japanese Teachers (AATJ) to study abroad in Tokyo in 2018.
