Welcome to the Wizarding World

Pack your wands and get excited for an opportunity to study abroad in the U.K. during the summer! This two-week, faculty-led program takes students across England, offering the chance to visit locations featured in the Harry Potter films as well as sites that inspired the books. While the program is based in London, it includes curated day trips to Oxford, Gloucester, Lacock, and Brighton.

Students will experience England through the lens of the wizarding world, exploring the places, landscapes, and settings that helped bring Harry Potter to life. From iconic London landmarks to historic cities and dramatic coastal scenery, the program blends cultural exploration with immersive travel.

Throughout the program, students will participate in guided tours, special experiences, and group activities designed to deepen their connection to both the Harry Potter series and British culture. By the end of the journey, students will return with unforgettable memories, a deeper appreciation for England, and a new perspective on the world behind the magic.

Program Highlights

Study Abroad Through Story & Place: Experience England as a living classroom, using the Harry Potter series as a lens to explore literature, history, culture, and place.

Based in London, Exploring England: Stay and study in London while taking guided day trips to Oxford, Gloucester, Lacock, and Brighton- connecting iconic locations with their cultural and historical significance.

Interdisciplinary & Immersive: Engage with Harry Potter from multiple perspectives, including literature, film, art, history, language, and youth culture, through an interdisciplinary program open to students of all majors.

A Cohort Experience: Travel, learn, and explore alongside a small group of students in a faculty-led program designed to foster collaboration, discussion, and shared discovery.
